The AmpliHit journey

Step 1

Create your release

Create your account, choose a plan, and add your track, EP, or playlist in minutes. Enter your title, artwork, release date, and links for Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal, SoundCloud, Amazon Music, and Deezer. Your release HQ keeps every link and credit in one place.

Step 2

Share one smart link

Every release gets its own public page at amplihit.com/r/your-release with your cover art and audio preview. Fans see your artwork and tap straight through to their favorite streaming app. Every view and button click is logged automatically so you see which service fans use.

Step 3

Pitch curators & promoters

Build a pitching campaign around a release and add playlist curators, blogs, DJs, radio stations, and podcasts. Track each submission from not submitted and submitted to follow-up, accepted, or rejected. Keep private notes on every contact so no follow-up slips.

Step 4

Spin on Global Radio

Add your track or playlist to the Global Radio rotation for worldwide music discovery. Songs play through the official Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music embedded players. Every listen counts on the platform and logs on your world growth map.

Step 5

Watch it grow

Your Growth dashboard turns raw clicks into clear numbers for total plays, daily trends, and per-release results. A live world map shows the exact cities and countries pressing play on your music. You also get an email alert whenever a song crosses 50, 100, 500, or 1,000 plays.

Step 6

Capture fans & level up

Fan email capture starts with Pro and is also included in Promoter. Collect fan contacts right on your smart link, ready for your next release. Upgrade any time — your releases, campaigns and analytics keep growing with you.

Under the hood

Every tool, explained

Smart links, done right

One shareable page per release with your artwork, description and buttons for every streaming service you're on. Shared on social, your link shows a rich preview card with your cover art. Clicks are counted per platform, so your bio link becomes a live analytics report.

Clean curator pitching + Bot-Free Guarantee

Every curator in our directory shows transparent Bot Risk Scores (0–100), 30-second listener retention, and save-to-listener ratios so you never risk a Spotify strike. If any playlist you pitch is ever flagged for artificial streaming, claim an instant free replacement pitch credit or a full Pay-to-Pitch refund.

Global Radio, real streams

Your track joins a randomized worldwide rotation played through official embedded players — Spotify, YouTube and Apple Music. Listeners discover you the same way they'd stream you normally, so every play counts on the platform and on your dashboard.

A world map of your fans

Every smart link view, streaming click and radio play is geo-tagged by country. The Growth page plots it on an interactive world map with a per-country ranking — proof of traction for curators, labels and press.

Analytics that answer questions

Which release is hottest this week? Which day did your campaign spike? Total plays, daily engagement charts and a per-release table put real numbers behind every decision — no spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Fans you actually own

Fan email capture starts with the Pro plan and is also included in Promoter. Captured fans sync to your release dashboard with their country, ready for your next launch. Milestone emails keep you posted as soon as your release takes off.

Annual plans are Starter at $149/year, Pro at $299/year, and Promoter at $490/year, billed annually. Fan email capture starts with the Pro tier, and new signups start on the free Rehearsal tier: permanent smart links, 3 curator pitches and fan email collection stay free. And listening to the radio stations is always free.

Artists already run their releases here.

Real artists, real releases, real numbers from the platform.

AmpliHit's Promoter Tier didn't just streamline my workflow — it turned my promotion business into an automated, full-service powerhouse. Running an independent promotion roster used to mean drowning in tabs, losing track of curator pitches across clunky spreadsheets, and burning hours building assets for every release.

I have been approached and played on playlists I would never have thought I would be.

Curator Pitching8 min read

How to Pitch Playlist Curators and Actually Get a Reply

Most playlist pitches get deleted in seconds. Here is how to vet active playlists with real numbers, write a four-sentence pitch curators read, respect platform limits, and avoid bot streams.

Most playlist pitches fail before the curator ever hits play. People who run active playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube open their inbox every morning to 30 to 100 copy-pasted emails. Never send a huge wall of bio text, forget your song link, or attach a 50 MB WAV file. Curators delete cold attachments and generic blasts right away.

Vet every playlist with three concrete numbers before you reach out. First, check that the curator added or removed tracks within the last 60 days; a list untouched for six months is dead. Second, focus on independent playlists in the 500 to 5,000 follower range, where reply rates average 15% to 30% compared with under 2% on mega-lists. Third, check Spotify for Artists on desktop to verify that a playlist's monthly listeners equal at least 10% of its follower count. A playlist with 20,000 followers but only 150 monthly listeners is a bot list that will hurt your algorithmic skip rate.

Keep your email to four or five sentences and include one clean smart link or promo card. Here is a worked example that gets replies: "Hi Maya — I have been spinning your 'Late Night Indie Roadtrip' playlist this week, especially the new Phoebe Green cut at track four. My new single 'Northern Lights' uses that same chorus-drenched baritone guitar and 112 BPM driving drum groove. Here is the 45-second preview and Spotify link on my release page: https://amplihit.com/r/northern-lights. Thanks for listening, Will."

Know the limits and edge cases on both official and independent channels. Spotify for Artists allows only one unreleased song per release to be pitched to editorial editors, and you must submit at least 7 days before release day (ideally 14 to 21 days early). Once a song is live, editorial pitching closes permanently for that track, so your post-release campaign shifts entirely to independent curators. If a curator does not reply after 10 to 14 days, send one polite two-line follow-up with a real data point—such as a 22% first-week save rate or 400 first-week streams—and then stop. Walk away from anyone offering guaranteed playlist spots for cash, because paid bot streams get tracks filtered and royalties withheld.

Action Checklist

  • Confirm the playlist was updated within the last 60 days and has 500–5,000 real followers.
  • Submit your official Spotify for Artists editorial pitch at least 7–14 days before release day.
  • Play three recent additions and name one specific track in your opening sentence.
  • Send a four-to-five sentence note with one smart link and 45-second preview—never raw MP3 attachments.
  • Log every submission in your tracker and send at most one follow-up 10–14 days later.

Artist Knowledge Base

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers on how smart links, curator pitching, radio licensing, streaming analytics imports, and AmpliHit memberships work.

What is AmpliHit and how does it help independent artists?

AmpliHit is a music promotion workspace for independent artists, small labels, and playlist promoters. It brings together multi-platform smart links, a curator pitching tracker, Global Radio and AI Radio stations, listener maps, and promo tools in one place.

Is AmpliHit a music distributor like DistroKid or TuneCore?

AmpliHit is a music promotion workspace rather than a distributor. Your distributor sends your audio files to stores like Spotify and Apple Music and pays out your royalties. AmpliHit steps in once your release is scheduled or live so you can share smart links, pitch curators, and track listeners.

Why shouldn't I use unedited AI blog spam or bot playlists to promote my music?

Search engines, ad networks, and streaming apps crack down hard on mass-produced AI spam and fake stream farms. Real promotion comes from human-edited guides, honest curator pitches, fans who choose to sign up, and official streaming players.

How do AmpliHit Smart Links work across streaming services?

When you add a release, AmpliHit builds a clean public page at /r/your-slug with your cover art and a 45-second audio preview. It includes direct buttons for Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TIDAL, Amazon Music, and Deezer. We log each visit and button tap so you can see which links bring in real listeners.

How does Global Radio stay within streaming platform rules?

Global Radio never rips, re-hosts, or autoplays someone else's streams in the background. Songs play through official embedded players or artist-approved preview clips when a listener presses play, and a listen counts after 30 continuous seconds in accordance with Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube rules.

What is the difference between Global Radio and AI Radio?

Global Radio plays standard releases through their official streaming links. AI Radio is a separate station for 45-second previews of songs made with AI tools like Suno, Udio, BandLab, or Soundtrap. Every preview airs on the station with the creator's direct permission.

Can I import my stats from Spotify for Artists, Apple Music, and YouTube?

You can upload CSV reports from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TIDAL, Amazon Music, and Deezer. Those numbers flow right into your Artist Profile stats and the Weekly Growth Advisor. Your CSV files are stored privately and help build your weekly promo plan.

Do fans need an account to open Smart Links or listen to the radio stations?

Fans never need an account to open your smart links, browse public artist pages, or read the Music Marketing Guides. Listeners can also tune in to Global Radio, AI Radio, and the Weekly Challenge with no account required.

What happens when a free trial or promotional period ends?

Your account moves to the free Rehearsal tier automatically. Your smart links stay live and your data is preserved. You can subscribe to Starter ($14.99/mo), Pro ($29.99/mo), or Promoter ($49.00/mo) at any time to bring the paid features back.

How can I reach the AmpliHit team for help or press questions?

Send us a note on our Contact page (/contact) or email Amplihitcom@gmail.com directly. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central Time, and we reply within one business day.
